OUR SOCIAL CONFORMITY POLICY IS AS FOLLOWS:
OBLIGATION TO REPORT VIOLATIONS
Employees are expected to report any action they believe is inconsistent with laws or internal company regulations, without fear of negative reactions, to the relevant managers/units or, depending on the situation, to the Ethics Committee via email (etik@komponenta.com.tr) or in writing.
Employees should warn their colleagues who are not acting in accordance with the laws or internal regulations.
Employees are obligated to report any situation they see or suspect to be illegal or unethical.
Reports made by employees regarding illegal or unethical behaviors will be investigated by the authorized person(s) as soon as possible.
In cases where company personnel engage in actions or activities that are inconsistent with ethical principles, the Ethics Committee will decide on the applicable sanctions.
Those who report can be assured that they will receive a response and that they will not face any sanctions as a result of their report.
DISCIPLINARY BOARD
The functioning of ethical rules is managed by the Disciplinary Board established within Kersan. The Board may assign individuals for related activities and ensure necessary precautions are taken.
The practices and sanctions related to Kersan’s company policies are defined in Service Agreements, Kersan Personnel Regulations, and related circulars and procedures.
The audit team initiates the investigation of the reported violation. Once the investigation is completed, the Disciplinary Board is called to a meeting to make a decision. A decision is made, implemented, and recorded in the meeting notes. Once the decision is made, it is communicated to the personnel within 6 working days, and necessary actions are taken if applicable.
The Ethics Committee is composed of the following individuals:
• General Manager
• EYS Consultant – Internal Auditor
• Department Heads
• Employee Representative
